Kymberlee Kaye Raya is a sought after National speaker, fitness presenter and empowering #GirlBoss. Her energy is through the roof and she brings comedy to every audience she embraces. Her approach is bold and transparent. She shows vulnerability and poise and helps shift mindsets with real stories and real failures.

Kymberlee has owned Big Shot Marketing for over 20+ years and is the founder of Fly Girl Dance & Fitness. She is a referral-only marketing agency and her dance and fitness studio has been recognized for the supportive environment and elevating women through mind, body and spirit.

Kymberlee has most recently spoke alongside Jillian Michaels, Deepak Chopra, Magic Johnson and Arianna Huffington. She most recently spoke at the IDEA World Conference in San Diego, the National MindBody BOLD Conference, The National Parks Foundation Conferences and is a frequent keynote speaker on women empowerment and rising from life challenges.

Kymberlee is insanely passionate about volunteering. Her journey includes a decade as a Team Leader for Chicago Cares, donating her time to the Chicago Street Samaritans, Keen Chicago, and various organizations throughout Chicagoland. Most recently she has been chosen by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation to be selected for their Kindness Experience in 2020 - where she will become an Ambassador for the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation.
